Self-Pleasure Practice

Pleasure begins the moment we stop performing and start feeling.

Learning to deeply pleasure yourself is an act of profound self-love… a rich, sensual, and fully embodied practice. Once you commit to this, the changes that unfold (in your body and across your life) will genuinely surprise you.

Before you surrender to the experience, let this specially curated playlist wash over you, guiding you gently into your orgasmic flow...

Here is some guidance for you to dive into your own pleasure:

1. Make this a full-body experience, allowing every part of your body to come alive. This will not only significantly increase the levels of kundalini energy in your body but will also create a much stronger orgasmic experience. Touch your whole body in different ways… starting with feather-like touch, then gradually experimenting with firmer, more grounded touch. Be creative and understand that your sensations will often change on a daily basis. You may also like to have some accessories to explore different sensations (feathers, roses, fur, chains, ice, candles…). Explore your body with curiosity rather than believing you already know all the pathways for your pleasure.

2. Use the tantric gateways: breath, sound, and movement. This way, you will be moving energy through your whole body, allowing your kundalini to flow through you. This will be essential to move any blocks or stagnated energy/trapped emotions that might be stopping you from accessing your full pleasure potential.

3. Be present with your body sensations. This means checking if you are not letting your mind go to fantasies or your daily tasks, not truly experiencing the present moment. Make it intentional rather than mechanical… Being fully focused on your touch & sensations is one of the most important parts of this practice.

4. Slow Down! Build up your turn-on, enjoy yourself, and discover new, unexplored erogenous zones in your body (including hands, knees, belly… literally everywhere!). Explore all that is available to you. Make it experimental rather than goal-oriented.

5. Touch your Lingam/Yoni in new ways. This means exploring new strokes, areas around your groin, external and internal labia, scrotum, perineum… Try different intensities and pressures. See your body as the subject, not the object.

6. Practice self-love. Embrace yourself and all that might emerge during this practice (shame, desires, fear, fantasies, sounds, movements…). Allow all emotions to be felt and flow with them.

7. Play with edging, get close to your orgasm and step back. Build up more energy.

8. If you decide to reach orgasm, do it with love and gratitude for your body, this sacred vessel that houses your soul and allows you to experience this life and infinite amounts of pleasure.

9. For lingam owners, I suggest the practice of semen retention be incorporated into your pleasure practice. This means following all the previous steps without ejaculation. Remember to breathe and sound to move your sexual energy throughout, especially if you’re practising edging. This can bring you an immense array of benefits! If you are interested in how to start this practice, please reach out, and we can talk about the benefits involved and also some safety instructions.

10. If you feel like having an even more special session… prepare your space and bring your 5 senses alive:

  • place candles or some nice lighting

  • light up incense, use fragrant oils, flowers…

  • have a nice tea, cacao, fruit, chocolate, or anything that will indulge yourself

  • have a nice blanket, linen or fur to lie down on

  • play sensual music (check out the playlist below) and flow with it…

Have fun and enjoy the beauty of being alive!
