I am trained on the Bindu Breath Awakening method, a tantric breathwork journey through the 3 main energy centres of the body – the 3 Bindus. Using the power of breath to awaken these centres is an invitation to explore all the different aspects of your being: your consciousness, your emotions, and your embodiment.
This is an excellent method to move and release trapped energies that are holding you back, as well as igniting your potential for awareness, connection, and pleasure.
The 3 Bindus correspond to the essential elements of manifestation and can be gateways to our divine nature. This concept comes from Tantric Yoga and corresponds with teachings in other spiritual paths, too (like the Dantians or 3 drops).
This method is a safe yet powerful way to experience breathwork. Different from holotropic breathwork, the goal here is not to go out of your limits but to have the option to speed up or also slow down your journey, prioritising your well-being and safety.

I am a medicine woman, a weaver of new possibilities, a soul guide, and a body shaman.
